Paper July’s digital notebooks and planners come with templates that you can copy and paste to freely customize your product. Here’s how to use these templates in Notability.

Step 1: Copy a template

1. In Paper July’s planners and notebooks, navigate to the templates by tapping the + tab in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Navigate to the template you’d like to use by tapping on it.
3. Tap the Pages button in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. In the sidebar that appears, tap the three dots next to the template page you want to copy.
5. In the menu that appears next, tap Copy.

Step 2: Paste the template

1. Navigate to the page directly after which you want to insert the new page. For example, in Paper July’s notebooks, tap on a tab to go to the start of a section.
2. Tap the Pages button in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. In the sidebar that appears, tap the three dots next to the page chosen in Step 1 above.
4. In the menu that appears next, tap Paste.
